LASER CUTTING

LASER SPOT WELDING

SURFACE TREATMENT
? Pickling
The oxide layer, stain and molten metal produced during laser cutting stage can be removed. The rust and other impurities can also be removed by immersing the object in pickling solution (acid bath). The oxidation layer on stainless steel, cobalt-chromium alloy and nickel-titanium alloy is removed by acid pickling.
? Ultrasonic cleaning
Ultrasound cleaning at suitable temperature with clear water, ethanol or other cleaning liquid to remove residues.
? Electrochemical polishing
It is used for polishing surface treatment of various metals, including nickel-titanium alloy, stainless steel, etc. After treatment, the surface of the product is smooth, micro-uniform, bright and reflective, with excellent corrosion resistance.
NITINOL HEAT TREATMENT STEREOTYPIA
The shape of memory alloys, especially the deformation and mechanical properties of nickel-titanium alloys, can be set by thermal setting. The processed nickel-titanium alloy parts are installed on the special fixture or mandrel, and then put into the heat treatment furnace for heat treatment and shaping.
